*Servant - Hearted:* Those willing to serve must be qualified to lead. Public service is  about serving the needs of the people above the needs of oneself. One must also be considered, "as a servant  leader". A servant must serve not for personal reasons  but for the reasons in which he was elected and *Inyang Uyo-Uko* is a True Servant Leader.

 *Leadership Experience:* An understanding of the system and experience in leadership give a candidate a big edge over an  inexperienced opponent. *Inyang Uyo-Uko* is more experienced than any other candidate. 

*Communication :* Candidate must be able to speak in public and be able to atticulate a message. No Candidate will be able to agree with all the Students, however he must be willing to listen to all sides of any issue, and be able to communicate with supporters and opponents.

 *Inyang Uyo-Uko* communicate more than any other candidate.

*Accountability;* It is clearly stated that Accountability is one of the main features of Democracy. But a Candidate who is not ready to be responsible and accountable to the Students doesn't deserve to lead. Gone are the days were Leaders were not accountable to the Students in any area of ramification, therefore implementing policies  without minding its effects on the Students. And now is the future and not tomorrow. And the Students are up to endorse and support a candidate who in all areas of ramification, will be responsible and accountable to the Students for effective and efficient representation. And *Inyang Uyo-Uko* is the only Eagle.

*Selfless Leadership:* Great Leaders are selfless! They are Servant who facilitate the success of others. Students are crying because they need a leader who have broader view, listen to others, and, who will facilitate their Success before looking at his own!!! Who will on no account reject or neglect the  Students for his personal interest. In the whole Faculty, *Inyang Uyo-Uko* is the only source!!!!
